My room was brand-new with a comfy bed and savoury breakfasts. A writing desk and a couch available were an advantage. The personnel was supremely helpful and very helpful as expected.

Fairly clean hip new hotel with nice staff. Incredible, favourable location in all the Embassy's I have visited. Near to the various shops and restaurants which are many to choose from and River Place attractions like the suspension bridge at Reedy Falls. Quick check-in, fast check-out. Roof top bar and heated pool.

The location was marvellous and beautiful, just a short stroll away from a Christ church. Our room with amenities was well laid out.

We truly enjoyed this hip new hotel, no reason to complain. The location of the property was great and stunning, directly on the Riverwalk. Popped in Nose Dive for shots before sleep, it was within a close distance from the venue. The staff was courteous, welcoming.

The hotel is attractive with excellent and best staff and views of the river. All in all they offer great service. The pool is very clean. The breakfast is freshly cooked, the location is magnificent on the Reddy River downtown. Overall outstanding food, plus there is Blues Boulevard Jazz close by. Thank you for a very positive stay.

Location next to the beautiful Reedy Falls Park and the river walk which goes right through downtown. For tea or coffee visit O-Cha Tea Bar nearby. A writing desk, a couch, and a couch bed in the room and the comfy bed.

An impressive and fairly quiet room provided with balcony and nice showers and 2 FULL size beds. Incredible location close to everything. And close enough to beautiful park as well as downtown Greenville, SC.

The rooms are updated and tidy with balconies, a good view plus fridge. The hotel provides a freshly prepared and savoury breakfast with other dishes made to order, omelette station plus 2 free drinks. The location is magnificent, in a very nice area of Greenville downtown. All the staff members are efficient and knowledgeable.

The king suite we stayed in was small but clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring downtown and walking to nearby attractions. The complimentary breakfast and evening reception were enjoyable, as well as the indoor pool. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays, and our room was spacious and cozy.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop bar and restaurant, were fantastic. The location right on the river walk, which goes through downtown, and being so close to falls park made exploring the city a breeze. Additionally, the staff, especially Koryee at the front desk, were incredibly friendly, professional. And let's not forget the breakfast - it was absolutely amazing!

The location was marvellous and incredible - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Distance to the airport was just 16 miles. The rooms were neat and updated with our 2 adult children kept by the efficient staff.

The location was marvellous and fantastic - ease of access to West End. And it was also very close to Peace Center and downtown and the picturesque river and the Rooftop restaurant. The rooms of the hotel were huge and spotless with balconies and a balcony view of the intersection, as example.

Pleasant staff, clean facilities, valet service helpful, breakfast enjoyable with omelet option.
